How to Define Metrics for Your Product
The OPR is directly tied to the stage of the product and we mentioned that early on that it's since we're focusing in a pack. The North Star, I will get to later because I like to actually go through the KPIs first and then think about what the North Star possibly be. So this just gives us kind of like a baseline understanding. You know, as a PM, you should just be a little bit more aware of what the unit rates like for these that you have them forward. But those are just examples of such a real topics of which can derive metrics from.
