Burberry, I'm a Connector, an Enabler

I would actually say that a deep insecurity is what has driven me my whole career, that fear of failure. I don't think I ever have peace and confidence. When you're leading an organization like Burberry, what I've learned is it's all about collaboration. It's about consistent, clear communication inside of the company, outside of the company. And then I'm like the right team to lead with these individual visits to be an individual sport coach.
