How Do You Choose Your Speaking Materials?
I probably have like 100 worksheets that I've created on a whole bunch of different topics. And I also had a speaking club called the Smart Talk Club, which I ran for five months this year. It was three sessions per month and they were group sessions. Within that theme I chose like subtopics, three subtopics per month. For each of those topics, I would have three videos or two videos in a podcast episode. Also provided a list of reflection questions to help participants prepare for each meeting so they could write down their answers in preparation to speak.
