There's obviously a richer microbiom in soil than in air, sort of the rest of the environment where people live. I think it makes sense that the places where our food is grown is where we're going to get themost beneficial influence from that. Researchers are studying how farm kids have way less alargy and asthma than children who live in urban areas. The literature is just changing very quickly.
