The biggest, most complicated mess that we're in is climate change. I would define solving it at this stage as staying below the two degrees Celsius warming. It comes back to what Schelling called a focal point for bargaining. Here's where we could go. And don't you see for all of us, that's an improvement... better than the mess that we are on?
