Is There a Standard for Self-Driving Cars?

A survey recently found that a lot of people would want to see self-driving cars labeled. The question is, should we know? What might our rights as other road users be to know that a car is being driven by a computer rather than a human? And does it matter? It's one of those examples of an area where there aren't any standards at the moment.
