Is There a Standard Deviation?

Almost universally, if you're reporting things pre in post, there'll be like a standard deviation or a confidence interval around that number. But then if it's like a train intervention, and you see that they increased their squat by 15 kilos on average. It is very rare to see a confidence interval, or a standard deviation on that change of 15. And i think tat that's unfortunate for a couple of reasons. One is, well, really just one main reason. The biggest thing is, like, you and you would interpret it different ways based on how big that standard deviation is.
