Is There a Standard Deviation?

Almost universally, if you're reporting things pre in post, there'll be like a standard deviation or a confidence interval around that number. But then if it's like a train intervention, and you see that they increased their squat by 15 kilos on average. It is very rare to see a confidence interval, or a standard deviation on that change of 15. And i think tat that's unfortunate for a couple of reasons. One is, well, really just one main reason.
