Coach Development - Reflection
Reflection is a key part of being a good coach. It's the kind of live, active, engaged reflection in the activity with the activity. I try reallyrally hard as a coach not to ask questions that require one answer. And i think fundamentally, it's that lack of connectivity. Often we very clay centered. Tut some i tot be quite coach centred in a way that yon to night.
