You Never Can Be That Teacher if You're Not That Person

In his early days of teaching, arthur thought he was going to be a quintessential strict teacher. He struggled with sleep deprivation and not eating well in the classroom. His voice broke like a 13-year-old mid shout during one lesson. It took him years to recognise that if i'm not being true to myself, i won't be a good teacher. Sometimes we lose that sense of self in our serving purpose as teachers. And this is some of the work i do with resilient leaders, coachin them on how they can become more resilient themselves.
