What Are Some of the Common Trends in HR?
I think some of the problems that we're seeing are, we're seeing a lot of HR burnout, because there's the depth and the breadth of responsibility in HR continues to grow. I see a lot of organizations to try to either get things back the way they used to be, which is different than pre-pandemic during the pandemic. I think we're also wrestling with prioritization and the lack of strategy. If we're growing or we're transitioning, not only are we not thinking about it holistically and strategically, but we are working in a silo method to solve problems.
