The Benefits of a Two Hour Design Sprint
The two hour design sprint method is I actually recommend a subject matter expert run it. And the reason is that subject matter expert can come and get everyone up to speed during the allotted time, which is 30 minutes for understanding the customer. So in that 30 minutes, you are able to come to agreement as a team of what you understand the problem to be and who the users are that you're trying to solve the problem for.
