Nick verge had a question he said, do you have any mindset advice on transitioning from freelancer to offer. The biggest mindset is that if you're going to an offer owner you're kind of shifting the story I talked about from a professional team builder and you're like a your CEO right so what does that mean well, it means your superpower really as a CEO is like building a great team saying the vision and then making sure that the team is you know going towards the goal.
