The Importance of Focus in Prayer
Father Philippe: It's precisely in this area that we can kind of almost paralyze ourselves waiting to live. And if we are doing that, then we're actually more burdened by our circumstances. He says you don't have to be tied to and burdened by both the past as well as the hypothetical future. You can be radically free and united to Christ in this moment no matter what the circumstances are.
