nick, i would say e invested in, on the private side, in acres holdings several years ago. For a while, they essentially were a licensed aggregator, but they had no idea how to actually run a good canvas business. But thats, that was certainly a learning lesson. And just doing full due diligence and n understanding what's, what's important for these companies to succeed from every angle.
