I Delated Twitter Off My Phone

This week i want to speak about emotions and emotional awareness. I've mentioned the past few weeks that i don't like twitter at the moment. Twitter is a social medior space that rewards hostility and combat, negativity and complaining. So when you spend a lot of time on twitter, that's all you see. And if you're on it consistently, you're in quarantine where you're not interacting with real human beings. It's as if being on twitter a lot feels like living in a house with people who are fighting.
