The Importance of Local Government Reforms in India
In the absence of these fundamental changes, concerned citizens like yourself and what you are doing in a bengaloro, can actually go out there and still make a di ance by working hard with local government. But even if i werin them, were to be living in a much better functioning city, i would still look to do things more than the government is already doing. So it might lead to outcomes that are even better. You have to remember that the southern states stabilized their population s at least two o three decades earlier than the northern states. The political classs preference for punting is now catching up to them.
