The voluntary system basically means that a company is not, by any regulation, ina position that they need to offset the pollution they're making. A lot of research has shown that actually these projects do not meet their criteria. That's where even the voluntary system has a lot of these prob i think here we briefly need to go in the difference between this a compliance offset market and an off set market.
