There's all these different forms. One is we hold our grievance to keep the other person in chains so that they meet our needs. And then there's that, well, what you're saying, there's that where we view ourselves as being better than more spiritual and, and above. I can't think of the rest of the list. Are there any more that you can think of related to this point?
