How to Build Confidence

A great way to build confidence is to tell them look we know from the research that spinal flexion isn't bad. It's it's not dangerous. If we just gradually expose you to some of these movements your body will adapt and you're going to find that's a great way to building confidence. Great coaches have been doing this forever. Good parents have been doingThis holistic view forever and good coaches have. And we've just kind of in the health of fitness industry like put a name on it more recently which is important but it's not a new concept.
