How to Measure a Cloud of Thousands of Satellites
We think that the biggest useful resolution will come from a constellation that's, you know, maybe a thousand kilometers across. The plasma that fills the space between stars and galaxies kind of sets a limit on how good your resolution can be. So beyond a thousand, maybe a few thousand kilometers, you'll have diminishing returns in terms of resolution. We've got this cloud of thousands, maybe tens of thousands of satellites. Where do you want to put them? Our leading candidate right now are the fourth and fifth Lagrange points in the Earth Sun system.
