The FDA's Limits on the Regulation of a Diet Supplement

Since May at least 10 cases have been reported in Hawaii. Three more cases of liver damage linked to the weight loss supplement Oxi Lite Pro. The state health department says that brings the total number to 32. Doctors say nearly two dozen Oxi Elite customers have been hospitalized while two others have received liver transplants and one person has died.
