Miracle Mornings

There is a new thing called miracle mornings. It's just making sure that every morning up at about five or five 30 before any of the day begins, i will do some stillness, so a bit of meditation. The idea is that by the time we start work, about nine 30, ten, i've kind of meditated, exercise, set my intention for the day, read a bit and my brain is on me. And it really levels me out. I think people who don't have as much responsibility can still learn a lot from those insights into how you deal with life. Yeus to goye yd them.
