Should Snacks Be More Protein or Carbs?

M, i would say a minimum of one gram of protein per kilo of body weight. You shouldn't really be looking at protein and carbs unless you feel kind of hungry. And just to add another one on there, you don't really want to go in with an n able calory deficit. I think the biggest mistake, you see, is i'm not even going to say what ap it is and what number it is.
