Stress Chemicals Are Stronger Than Feel Good Chemicals

Dr. Jill Bultitela has a thing that she calls the 92nd rule. The idea behind it is that it takes just 60 to 90 seconds to change your brain and body chemistry from stress chemicals to feel good chemicals. So for this little exercise, you'll need what we call a subject. It can be a person or an animal that you love, but with no negative attachment. And now imagine that feeling as a ball of light or energy spreading down to your toes, up to the top of your head and out to your fingertips.
