How to Treat a Functional Popliteal Artery Entrapment

If an athlete has PAES, they go straight to the vascular surgeon. These patients do well from surgery but it's dangerous not to manage them early. Botox injections have been used in managing cerebral palsy kids with spastic contractures. While the muscle is paralyzed, it also shrinks and atrophies. In some people that atrophy is enough to cure them.
