The purpose meeting started as internal marketing of data to get developers excited about what they were releasing. It eventually became so efficient that the feature teams would call us into 30 minute sit-downs, and then the developers would just go on and define the data structures. "It's a collaboration because the dependencies are what's our goal? How can we measure it?" he says. 'We have to find like the middle ground between that and how detailed can we get in measuring this'
