Will Cole: I'd always known about integrative medicine. And at that moment, you know, with these prescriptions in hand, I did what a lot of doctors do when they're starting to build a bridge from conventional medicine to more integrative and functional medicine like the work that Will Cole does. So I decided to use some supplements. Ultimately, I cut out some of those foods that tend to cause food stress, like gluten and dairy. It was actually racing my cortisol even further. Also took a few supplements. Fish oil has been shown to lower cortisol. Within four weeks, my cortisol went from three times what it should have been back to the normal range.
