It's very difficult to be joyful and tense at the same time. The tension of fear briefly came to an end, which is possibility available at all times. We noticed this correlation between joy, which is a feeling, and relaxation in the body. If if you release them emotionally, it has an effect on you physically. You can do either just taking one deep breath.
