What's the Biggest Challenge for Support?
I was most inspired by all the things that i hate about seeking support myself, and simply by the way that we run our company. It's funny with tooling, so many, like industry standard learnings are actually baked into the tools themselves. You get sort of like a lot of osmotic learning without ever talking to people. As we move up market into enterprise and as we move to different, you know, international markets, like, what does support look like there? Cause i'm super comfortable with being a consumer in america,. but for example, as an enterprise company in germany, for example, this is something need research.
