Breathe Into the Body

If the mind wanders, just come back to the sound of the breath. If there's any tension in the body, breathe into those muscles and as you exhale, release that tension. Breatheinto the belly, expand the rib cage, filled the throat up with airn the next he'll let it go. Let's all take one last deep breath through the right nostril. Inhale, feel the expansion and suspend the breath for a moment, and gently exhale through theright nostril.
