The Importance of Position in Cuff Irritation
If we're at zero, then we're not doing enough is with a shoulder. It can be so position specific that you can get somebody to load their cough really well in a side-lying external rotation position or something. But if you can only elicit pain by putting them in a position, I have less of a confidence that this is a tissue versus an actual positional problem which is real.
