Tracy's Case Was Featured on a Deck of Playing Cards
In two thousand and eight tracy's case was featured on a deck of playing cards. They will often put missing persons or unsolved homicide victims on these playing cards. This seems like a very important hint that officials believed that whoever killed tracy was close to home. But again, this case is 17 years old, right? We've not seen a ton of movement on it.
