In your training, how do you foster an environment where there is no dogma? You are encouraging of everyone's thing. A lot of people come in as brand new change workers who are being trained as something like this for the first time. Some have their own modality, others come in with their own experience and expertise that they love. So how do you create an environment where all of that is not just acknowledged, but celebrated?
