The Declaration of the Poor, Oppressed People of England
A radical puritan named gerard winstanley had been a religious radical. And his utopianism mixed together different ideas and traditions. He issued a declaration in june 16 forty nine which he called a declaration from the poor, oppressed people of england. So he sees this as a statement of the views and interests and rights of the poor against land owners.
