Swedish survey methodologists have done enormous amounts of research and continue to do so. Every country in the world has a central statistical authority. Majority of official statistics arise from surveys. Enormous amount of interesting literature all of which is about how do people ask questions, how they think about questions,.How to get better answers to questions. So all of that's very interesting for forms but I got into surveys sort of by accident really because that was where I could find insights for my forms work.
