The Debate About Horophobia and the Stigma Against Sex Workers
The Catholic Church was actually the largest brothel owner in Europe for a period of 400 years. And they were able to get away with that with this, you know, like sort of the Madonna horror complex and the demonization of women. I think it's so important for contemporary feminists to understand that horophobia and the stigma against sex workers is the foundation of misogyny.
