A common struggle is that you see a feature coming through and there's no time to test it anymore. Instead of lecturing someone, try approaching the issue from their point of view. Try asking why research isn't involved in roadmap planning or like, what are your needs? What are they trying to achieve this quarter? Have you worked with research in the past?
