How to Become a More Gratitude Person
When we practise gratitude on a daily basis, what it does is it starts shifting our perception. How we perceive reality is going to be how reality plays out. So if you're perceiving that most things are good, you're going to see the good in most things. The best way of doing that is to do a gratitude journal in the morning. First thing in the morning, get out, write down what you're grateful for. It's unique, unique, a unique new york, unique new York. But when you're in that state of gratitude, largely affects your perception. You start feeling great about everything else that’s in your life.
