The Importance of Compression
I wasn't working out the hard now that I've been running that compression. It was so good on my legs. Have you ever done like a sauna straight into a cold plunge? Not in a sauna. You do like, I can't remember the time frames, but you do like seven minutes in and then like nine minutes in the sauna. And you go back and forth. The red light therapy at our health club is so nice. We should also do the sauna together. Sit in there. Give her to a saunas. My gym has a saauna. But yeah. I need to go more too is the thing. Like every once in a while
