Listen to how he said what he was saying, because if you do it right, it sounds like you're actually trying to help them. The biggest thing that i preach outside of sales coaching is the anti houstal model. I'm very much against the hostil model and what has been created in the spaceit ended at becoming this bro culture term. Without clear, definable goals and milestones, there's nowhere to go ecause there's always a bigger fish. There's alays a bigger mountain to climb, always.
