i didn't read this book until we are to decide started uh... writing trying to write my book actually and planning these podcasts so i'd never really read this before. It's written in a way that is also i i think would be the best way to make sense of it  so just if you if you listen to this episode and you think you want to, read for yourself and see some of the things that we're not going to be able to to get into I'm happy to have come at it because i've been like to overwhelm to continue what i will what what it's just to try to continue reading it.
