How to Take Care of Yourself Every Day
For me, every day i do something that i enjoy and that i like. And it doesn't have to be something big. It could be reading a book or going on walks. I always say, sleep is the best recovery. Am, so when i'm training ly, prioritie sleep. But apart from taking naps, i also, um, especially during a race day,. i like to get a massage and do my warm downs.
