Li Shufu is 9% owned by Mercedes, Lotus and smart. He started this in 2017; they announced that smart kind of acquisition in 2018. So now you're finding this E-car X in these products. To me, it was a money grab by the SPAC. And I think he's just kind of spread thin from a capital standpoint.
