How to Enable Loop in Your Office
The loop app is disabled for organizations because they have not sorted out all of the compliance things, the compliancy stuff with loop yet. You need to go enable it first by heading over to your office and creating a new policy in there. Once you're in a security group with this policy assigned that has that create and view loop files in loop enabled, you will no longer get the error message about your organization has not enabled loop.
