When you reach out to somebody and you ask them for their time, the first thing that that person is thinking is how much time do you want? I only have a certain number of hours in the day. What is the commitment that this person wants? Now generally speaking, I am looking for interviews on large podcasts with large platforms. That tells me exactly what kind of platform this is. It's crystal clear where I would normally say no to an interview like this to this person.
