Is There a Need for More Concrete Agendas?

I think it would be nice to have something like more concrete agendas that is like stake out a guess on how do we make a bit of progress on this problem. There are already many elements of this taking place right I am not pointing at like this huge thing that we should be doing is just like not happening at all. We need these structures where it's like much easier to get involved and you don't need this kind of more conventional introduction does that sound right no that's new science right to me? And then zooming out there's also a community situation here of thinking about the like total strategy of the problem and making suggestions for solutions.
