The Importance of Communication With Vendors
Tracy: It's got to be a give and take relationship. I know we all want our cake and we want to eat it too, but sometimes if we give a little, it eases that burden a little bit. Trays come back after surgery for us to ask, do they need these loaners for tomorrow? And if the answer is no, those trays go to the back of the line. There's an understandable lack of incentive on the part of many hospitals and many decontaminators to push those trace through efficiently because it's not on us, it's on somebody else.
