Real Estate Goals - How to Write Your Goals

I would say write goals to start for sure right and based on what you know after you do your first deal revisit them. My goals weren't good. We rewrote them all. We did five deals in our first month. Wow. But I didn't know that I could like how I bought that property we essentially borrowed from my last 401k. When I wrote those goals I didn't even know I could use creative solutions like debt to finance deals. I just thought I have to save up 20% every time I want to buy property. So if you set your goals based on whatYou think you know now you're probably going to shoot too small. Right.
