How I Built a Network of Women in the Childcare Industry

I had built up this network of people who are interested in childcare. And I could talk about my experiences, even though I had not been working in childcare for long. So it was a way for me to like get the message out there. Another thing I did was I reached out to a high school friend who was named Justin Rosniac. He runs a podcast that has like on average, like I think 50,000 listens every episode.
