The idea of the Whirlpool decentralized coordinator is that there will be still one liquidity pool. The fee primarily isn't for funding us, It's primarily used as spam prevention and as a way to make attacking Whirlpool cost something. If you wanted to civil attack Whirlpool, you would have to pay multiple fees to enter. So it wouldn't be a free attack. Think of it like, you know, a Bitcoin men pool, right? Every node has own men pool they all agree on what's in the blockchain. There's going to be multiple coordination pools, but they all agree They all have the same rules and span prevention fees are still in place.
